Welcome to our Customer Support Website.   From this website, you can request or update any North Captiva services, get access to past service requests, update your status, receive notifications and manage your Itinerary.

Your service requests and updates are confirmed within 30 minutes of submission.  On the road?  Not a problem, were mobile user friendly!

The Customer Support Dashboard is your personal online assistant. So let’s get started.  Please log on now to update your email notifications.  It takes just a moment. 

 

To set email notifications:

1.   Click on the Inbox link located on the top right corner to go to the options menu.

 2. Click the Options button [1], as shown in the following figure to set Email notifications:

3. Select the options in the User options page as seen below and add your email address.

4. Click the Save or Apply button to set the options.
